NeuroFlex®
revolutionizing brain health

NeuroFlex® Testing consists of 8 minutes of testing in virtual reality, during which the individual’s eye and head movements are recorded performing simple tasks, each focused on a set of specific neurological functions. Within seconds, our secure cloud platform analyzes the individual’s data and generates a quantitative, metrics-based report.
NeuroFlex® Training provides over 20 interactive rehabilitation exercises that target the same functions tested and displayed in the report. With both, you can more accurately assess individual’s and provide them with targeted rehabilitation, so they recover faster.
NeuroFlex® enables the healthcare worker to objectively assess and manage concussions and vestibular disorders by leveraging eye-tracking in virtual reality.
How it works

Test
NeuroFlex® testing starts with a simple 8-minute set of tests in VR to measure the individual’s eyes and head as they perform simple tasks. Each test is designed to target specific neurological functions.

Drive Results Objectively
In just a few minutes, get industry-leading accuracy on key measures of brain function. Each of our tests targets specific functions and returns objective, metric-based results, so you can assess patients with precision and confidence.
Smooth Pursuit (Head-Fixed and Head-Free)
Smooth pursuit eye movements serve an important role in vision by maintaining fixation on a selected moving target as it moves randomly across their visual field. For example, following a ball with your eyes and catching it requires a stable vision as well as good speed perception.
Saccades (2D).
A saccade refers to a “fast conjugate eye movement that shifts the eyes from one target to another, bringing an object of interest into focus on the fovea where visual acuity is highest.”
Optokinetic Nystagmus (Horizontal & Vertical)
The Optokinetic Reflex (OKR) is a reflex that detects relative motion of the scenery on the retina. Helmholtz first observed the OKN by looking at the eyes of passengers on a moving train.
Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex (Horizontal & Vertical)
Coordination of the eyes with head movement is a function of the Vestibular Ocular Reflex (VOR). During brief, rapid head motion, the semicircular canals of the inner ear will elicit compensatory eye movements to maintain the image on the fovea.

How you can you benefit from Neuroflex
concussion: the new standard of care
A concussion is a brain injury, so we need to critically evaluate the brain’s function to localise and measure the impact of each injury. With this information, you can design targeted treatment plans and evaluate progress to improve results and recovery timelines.
vestibular: what are vestibular disorders?
Vestibular disorders include dizziness, balance issues, migraines, Meziere’s disease, and more. Until they are properly identified and treated, they can be debilitating to live with, but diagnosing them properly is difficult. We profile the vestibular system deeply, quickly and comfortably in just a few minutes. That way, patients and doctors know exactly what is wrong and what to do.
neurological: brain health objectively
Neurological disorders, like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s, can be difficult to pin down. They are not diagnosed until late stages if ever, making them impossible to treat. We provide objective measures of brain performance, which are specifically linked to specific disorders. With metrics like these, it is possible to detect neurological disorders much earlier.
Personalize Treatment
With the NeuroFlex® Training package, you can also get access to VR rehab exercises specific to each of these tests and more. You can even personalize them based on each patient’s test results for optimal results.
Every patient experiences a concussion or vestibular disorder differently. NeuroFlex® lets you track patient progress over time, so you can tailor treatment to each patient´s specific issues.During recovery, you can adjust treatment on-the-fly based on how each function improves. With over 20 unique, fun, personalizable exercises, you can properly target their rehabilitation and deliver superior care.
